My daughter and her sleepover

Mommy could you pleeeease do our makeup ?  So here's my oldest (right)  and her friend with traditional locks on the left posing for their play day as models. This is their calm look. LOL!  i am so glad to see these babies fully embracing and rocking their locks.  They carry their little Bibles with them daily, started singing together, and they plan to go to Harvard University.  With much prayer, discipline, and balance with fun, we will encourage them to reach for the top.

Very cute!! I like their makeup & love the hair!! I think it's great that they are not following societies standards of beauty. You know, long & straight. Stay positive you ladies & I'm sure you will both be at Harvard & we'll all be reading about it!

Thank you ladies for your encouraging words. The girls are very appreciative as well. It lets them know that Mommy is not the only one that sees beautiful, but other people from other "cool" places in the U.S. see beautiful as well. Thank you again for YOUR beauty and time. ~Take Care and...you know what time it is~ Lock on!

Beautiful girls and what a wonderful way for them to learn self acceptance by accepting their true hair - she's very lucky to have you as a mother.
